This page describes nelunor's general data-handling approach. We will update it if the production site's features materially change.

When you email hello@nelunor.com, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use them to reply, verify a report, or process a correction. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, identity documents, full wallet seed phrases, or exchange cookies.

The hosting service may retain IP address, time, request path, browser type, and error status for a limited period to maintain security and availability. Those logs should not be used to build a profile of trading preferences.

nelunor may link to Binance or another external site. Once you leave nelunor, that service processes data under its own terms and privacy notice. Verify the domain before entering account information.
